ABEGWEIT (Marine Atlantic)

Ice-breaking train/vehicle/passenger ferry built at Saint John, New Brunswick, that entered service as Abegweit in 1982 between New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. She was displaced in 1997 by the opening of the Confederation Bridge. Sold in 1999 and re-named Accrued Manager but never used. Sold again in 2004 and as Mariner was broken up at Alang, India.
