BHAMO (Henderson Line)
Cargo-passenger liner (80 pass) built in 1908 by Denny, Dumbarton, for the joint British & Burmese SN Co and Burmah SS Co. Badly damaged by mines off Cape Town in 1917 but was salvaged and repaired. In 1919 she made one voyage repatriating New Zealand troops. Sold in 1938 she made 2 voyages carrying scrap metal to the Far East before being broken up herself in Japan.
