BLUENOSE (Marine Atlantic)
Built in 1973 for Stena Line as Stena Jutlandica for the service between Gothenburg and Frederikshavn. In 1982 she was chartered To CN Marine (Canadian National) to operate between North Sydney and Port aux Basques, being renamed Jutlandica. CN Marine purchased her in 1983, renaming her Bluenose and putting her on the Yarmouth to Bar Harbor route. The company became Marine Atlantic in 1987. She was laid up in 1997 and renamed Hull 309 in 1998, before sale to Europa Ferrys in 1999. Renamed Euroferrys Atlantica she served between Algeciras and Tangier. She was broken up at Aliaga, Turkey in 2010.
