BRITANNIC (Cunard Line)
Passenger liner built by Harland & Wolff, Belfast, that entered service, Liverpool to New York, in 1930 for White Star Line. She became part of the merged Cunard White Star fleet in 1934. Requisitioned before the outbreak of WW2 as a troopship. Returned to commercial service in 1948. Withdrawn at the end of 1960, the last White Star liner, she was broken up at Inverkeithing.
postcard is presumably post-war as company is 'Cunard', not 'Cunard White Star'
