COBURG
Cargo liner (6 passengers) built by Howaldtswerke, Hamburg, for the Hamburg-America Line, their first new-build after WW2. She entered service in 1950 as Hamburg but was renamed Coburg in 1953. She became part of the combined Hapag-Lloyd fleet in 1970. Sold in 1971 and renamed Greenbelt, then Blue Belt in 1972. She sank after hitting a reef on 2/12/1977, 50 nautical miles north of Port Sudan.
