COLUMBIA
Passenger liner built in 1902 by D&W Henderson, Glasgow, as Columbia for the Anchor Line, Glasgow to New York. Taken up as an armed merchant cruiser in 1914 and renamed HMS Columbella, returning to her owners and original name in 1919. Sold to Byron Line in 1926 and renamed Moreas, Mediterranean to New York. Laid up in 1927 and broken up in 1929.
