CROWN ODYSSEY (Royal Cruise Line)

Cruise ship built by Jos. L. Meyer, Papenburg, in 1988 for Royal Cruise Line as Crown Odyssey. The company became part of the Kloster Group in 1990 and in 1996 she transferred as Norwegian Crown for Norwegian Cruise Line. In 2000 she was Crown Odyssey again, this time for Orient Line and was back to Norwegian Crown in 2003. She became Balmoral for Fred Olsen in 2007 after being lengthened by Blohm & Voss, Hamburg. Her hull was re-painted grey at the end of 2015.
