HMS DAINTY
Daring class destroyer built by J.Samuel White at Cowes, Isle Of Wight, that was commissioned into the Royal Navy in 1953. Serving in both Mediterranean and British waters, she underwent modifications 1958-1959 and again in 1962-1964. She paid off at Portsmouth in 1969 and was broken up at Cairnryan in 1971.
