DUC DE NORMANDIE (Brittany Ferries)
Passenger and car ferry built in 1978 at Heusden, Netherlands, as Prinses Beatrix for SMZ/Sealink Hook-Harwich service. Sold to Brittany Ferries who renamed her Duc De Normandie in 1986, Caen to Portsmouth service and later Roscoff-Plymouth. Sold to TransEuropa Ferries in 2005 and renamed Wisteria but then chartered to Ferrimaroc for Almeria-Nador service. She returned to her owners in the winter 2005, operating Ostend-Ramsgate but from 2006 chartered to Acciona Trasmediterranea, serving on various routes. When TransEuropa folded in 2013 the ship was sold to Nizhniy Shipping and renamed Vronskiy, but the charter continued.
