EL DJEZAIR (Cie. de Navigation Mixte)

Passenger liner that entered service in 1952 as El Djezair for Cie. de Navigation Mixte, fitted with the engines salvaged from the previous El Djezair. Marseilles to Algiers and Marseilles to Tunis service. Sold in 1971 to Sovereign Cruises (Chandris Group) and renamed Floriana. Her engines were found to be faulty and she was never converted. Broken up in 1973.
