ESPAGNE (Cie Generale Transatlantique / The French Line)
Passenger liner built at Port de Bouc that entered service in 1910 between St. Nazaire and the West Indies and from 1912 also some New York summer sailings. In 1914 she took over the transatlantic sailings of the liner France which had been requisitioned and she too was taken up in 1916, as a transport for the War Relief Association. She returned to the West Indies service in 1920. Withdrawn in 1932 and laid up at St. Nazaire, where she was broken up in 1934.
