EUROPEAN SEAWAY (P&O Stena Line)
Passenger and vehicle ferry built at Bremerhaven in 1991 for P&O European Ferries Dover to Zeebrugge service. From 1998 to 2002 was part of the combined P&O Stena Line fleet, before returning to P&O, still same service and sometimes Dover-Calais. Reserve ship from 11/2011, in 2012 she was chartered to Centrica Renewable Energy as an accommodation ship for technicians working on offshore wind farms, and in 2014 to Arno Dunkerque for a similar role off Helgoland. At other times she has been laid up at Tilbury or covering the Dover-Calais route.
