GARNATA (GNMT)

Passenger and vehicle ferry built by Union Naval de Levante, Valencia, that entered service in 1975 for Aznar Line as Monte Granada, operating Liverpool - Canary Islands and Amsterdam-Southampton-Santander. Sold in 1977 to the General National Maritime Transport Company of Libya and renamed Garnata. Mediterranean services but was arrested in Italy in 2001. After then being moved to Croatia and then back to Libya she was broken up at Aliaga in 2007.
