GEDSER

Passenger and car ferry built at Bremerhaven in 1968 as Gedser for the Gedser-Travemunde service of Moltzau A/S, her owners becoming Gedser Travemunde Ruten in 1974. Sold to Tirrenia in 1976 and renamed Malta Express, operating between Italy and Malta. Sold in 1988 and placed in Navarma Line service as Moby Will between Livorno and Bastia. Sold in 1993 to the Dallah Marine Transport Company and renamed Al Judi operating as a pilgrim ship between Port Sudan and Jeddah. Broken up at Alang, India, in 2007.
