GHAWDEX (Gozo Channel Line)

Ferry built in 1962 at Bremen for Juelsminde-Kalundborg Linien as Kalle. Sold in 1971 to D/S Bornholm and renamed Rotna for Copenhagen-Ronne service. Sold in 1979 to Gozo Channel Co. and renamed Ghawdex. After 1995 mainly used as a freight ferry. Sold in 2000 and renamed Virgem De Fatima but laid up at Valletta. Broken up at Aliaga in 2002.
