LA LORRAINE (Compagnie Generale Transatlantique)
Passenger liner built at St. Nazaire that made her maiden voyage 8/1900, Le Havre to New York, as La Lorraine. In 1914 converted to auxiliary cruiser, renamed Lorraine II but in 1917 was converted to a troopship with her original name. Returned to commercial service in 1919 and broken up 1922 at Penhoet.
