PIETER CORNELISZOON HOOFT (Nederland line)
Passenger liner built in 1926 for the Amsterdam to the Dutch East Indies service of the Nederland Line. Originally built at St. Nazaire, construction was delayed by a strike and a fire and the ship was moved to Amsterdam for completion. Rebuilt in 1931 and lengthened. Destroyed by fire at Amsterdam, 14/11/1932.
