PRINS HENRIK (DSB)
Passenger/car/train ferry built at Nakskov, Denmark, that entered service in 1974 as Prins Henrik for the Danish State Railway Company (DSB) between Korsor and Nyborg. 'Jumboised' by her builders 1980/81 before being put in service between Rodby and Puttgarden. Sold at the end of 1999 to Traghetti Isole Sarde and renamed Gioventu, entering service 6/2000 between Genoa, Palau and Porto Vecchio. She later switched to other routes but was laid up at Genoa 9/2002 with the company in financial trouble. Sold to Di Maio & Partners 11/2002 and moved to Palermo. She did not return to service until 7/2004 when as Espresso Durazzo she operated between Bari and Durres. Broken up at Alang, India, in 2007.
