REINE ASTRID (Belgian Marine - RMT)

Built 1958, the third of 3 sisters and the first Belgian channel vessel to be fitted with stabilisers. Ostend to Dover service. Summer only service from 1978 and laid up in 1981. In 1983 was rebuilt in Holland as a floating passenger terminal, and was used at Dover as the Jetfoil terminal. Moved to Ramsgate in 1994 in the same role. Broken up in Spain in 1997.
