ROTTERDAM (Holland-America Line)

Entered service 1959, transatlantic in summer, cruising in winter. Flagship of the line. Transatlantic voyages stopped in 1969 and she became a permanent cruise ship. In 1997 she was sold to Premier Cruises and renamed Rembrandt. The company ceased trading in 2000. Since 2010, as Rotterdam, has been open as a combined Hotel/Museum/School in the port of Rotterdam.
