SHEARWATER 4 (Red Funnel)

RHS70 67 seat hydrofoil built at Messina that entered service for Red Funnel as Shearwater 4 between Southampton and West Cowes in 1973. Cruising speed was about 32 knots. Laid up in 1992 and sold in 1993 to Greek operator Hermes and renamed Nike II.
