TERN (London Midland & Scottish Railway)

Excursion vessel built in 1891 for operation on Windermere and still in service today. Originally built for the Furness Railway, from 1923 she operated for the London Midland & Scottish Railway, from 1948 for British Railways and is now operated by Windermere Lake Cruises.
